Tourist Visa Application Requirements:
  • Copies of the front, back, and all stamped (used) pages of your passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the intended date of travel. Include copies of any previous passports, if available.
  • Fully completed and signed visa application forms 1419, family details sheet 54, and authorization form 956A.
  • One passport-sized photograph with a white background, featuring a close-up of your face.
  • A covering letter from the applicant stating their name, passport number, and purpose of travel.
  • Latest personal bank statement for the past three months and Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the past three years.
  • A copy of the applicant’s Aadhar card.
Additional Notes:
  • Travel insurance is required for applicants aged 75 and above.
  • Minors (below 18 years) must submit additional completed and signed forms 1257 and 1229.
  • A medical examination is required for applicants staying for more than 90 days, those over 75 years old, or those intending to visit hospitals or educational institutions during their stay.
