Tourist Visa Application Details:
- Original passport with at least six months of validity from the intended travel date.
- Fully completed and signed visa application form 14A.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs with a white background, showing 70% of your face in a 35x45mm area on semi-matt paper, with fully visible ears and forehead.
- A covering letter on the company’s letterhead stating your name, passport number, purpose of travel, and accompanying applicant’s passport details.
- Latest personal bank statement (if this is your first trip).
- Return ticket itinerary or travel dates to include in the form.
- Personal contact number.
